Auditorium Horszowski - Monforte
Risalendo le strette stradine che si snodano nel centro storico del paese di Monforte, uno dei Borghi più belli d'Italia si raggiunge la Piazza dell'Antica Chiesa dove si trova l'Auditorium Horszowski.
Si tratta di un piccolo anfiteatro naturale dall'acustica perfetta realizzato sfruttando la pendenza naturale della piazza.
L'Auditorium Horszowski venne inaugurato nel 1986 dal pianista Mieczysław Horszowski, da cui prese il nome.
Da allora è sede di concerti, rappresentazioni teatrali, proiezioni di films nel periodo estivo ed ospita, inoltre, la rassegna nazionale Monfortinjazz, di musica jazz.
L'anfiteatro è costituito da ampi gradoni digradanti in pietra ed erba con un palco posto tra il muro di cinta e il portale dei giardini Scarampi.
La torre campanaria, l'oratorio barocco di Santa Elisabetta, il Settecentesco Palazzo Scarampi, la Chiesa dei Disciplinanti Bianchi e la balconata sulle Langhe costituiscono una scenografia eccezionale che rende suggestivo qualsiasi spettacolo.

It is a small natural amphitheater with perfect acoustics made using the natural slope of the square.
The Horszowski Auditorium was inaugurated in 1986 by the pianist Mieczysław Horszowski, from which it took the name.
Since then, it has been the venue for concerts, theatrical performances, film screenings in the summer and also hosts the Monfortinjazz, a national festival of jazz music.
The amphitheater consists of large sloping steps in stone and grass with a stage between the city wall and the portal of the Scarampi gardens.
The bell tower, the baroque oratory of Santa Elisabetta, the eighteenth-century Palazzo Scarampi, the Church of the Disciplinanti Bianchi and the balcony over the Langhe constitute an exceptional setting that makes any show suggestive.
