In fondo a Contrada Mondovรฌ, in Cuneo, sorge la Chiesa di San Sebastiano, edificio religioso risalente al 1300 che nel corso dei secoli ha subito ripetuti rimaneggiamenti tanto da aver perso la propria connotazione architettonica originale.
L'attuale facciata risale agli ultimi decenni del 1800 e presenta un portone affiancato da quattro finte colonne corinzie e, sulla lunetta superiore, la statua del santo trafitto da frecce, come vuole la tradizione.
L'interno conserva un bel coro realizzato dall'artista Tommaso Fontana nel Cinquecento.
La Chiesa di San Sebastiano dal Settembre 2013 รจ diventata parte del Museo Diocesano che ha sede nei locali attigui.
Nel mese di Dicembre espone un presepe storico con statue di inizio '900.
In posizione arretrata svetta l'alto campanile in mattoni rossi e formelle colorate.
