Fu progettata all’architetto Bertola e realizzata da Francesco Gallo, noto architetto monregalese.
E' posta di fianco all'ex Ospedale Santa Croce ed ha una facciata concava. Al suo interno rilevante รจ la cattedra lignea di San Bernardino, risalente al 1418 e un dipinto di Madonna col Bambino del Moncalvo.
