Festival degli Spaventapasseri - Castellar
Castellar, piccolo borgo all'imbocco della Valle Bronda noto per il Castello dei Marchesi di Saluzzo e per produzione di mele, si รจ inventato una simpatica manifestazione che da 20 anni attira curiosi da ogni parte della provincia.
E' il Festival degli Spaventapasseri o delle "sentinelle dei campi", come li chiama l'associazione che cura quest'evento colorato e divertente che coinvolge tutto il paese.
Per una settimana nel mese di Maggio non c'รจ cortile, angolo di strada, prato e casa di Castellar che non esponga uno di questi omini realizzati artigianalmente con grande creativitร e inventiva utilizzando paglia, vecchi vestiti e materiali di riciclo.
L'itinerario, che porta alla scoperta dei circa 200 spaventapasseri, si snoda all'interno del borgo fino al castello e prevede tappe per degustazioni di prodotti locali, spettacoli di artisti di strada e laboratori per i piรน piccoli.
Un'ottima iniziativa per valorizzare e conoscere un piccolo angolo della nostra Provincia Granda.
